Hi, welcome to my review The Diet Solution Program. In this video, I would be buying this eBook and then give you a preview of the program. This program is created by Isabel De Los Rios, a nutritionist and exercise specialist with 10 years of experience helping people lose weight and getting back their health. It is a comprehensive weight loss program that not only helps you achieve your ideal weight but also keeps you healthy. It tells you how to burn body fat effectively till you achieve your ideal weight and even maintain it.

OK, now let me start by clicking on the order button. After that, is the ClickBank payment page. If you do not know what ClickBank is, it is something like Paypal. It is the middleman between the seller and buyer, protects your financial information and ensures you receive what you purchased. I am going to enter my credit card info which is blurred out, and then click the “Pay Now” button. Then, I just scroll all the way down and click on the decline link as I am not be getting the bonus stuff. Again I scroll down and click on the decline link for the second offer. Similarly, I scroll down and click on the decline offer link for the third offer. And at the confirmation page, I just click on the “Access Purchase” button. Now, I have access to the download page where I just right click on the link for The Diet Solution Program manual to download it.

Now I can just open up the file show you the Table of Contents first so you can have an idea of the content in The Diet Solution Program. As you can see, there are 16 chapters and a total of 99 pages. OK, now I am going to read the book and then get back to showing you what it is about.

The first part I would like to show you is the objective of The Diet Solution Program (Page 7). It is to teach you how to select foods that are suitable for your body as well as to identify which food are beneficial and harmful to your body. By doing do, you would be able to achieve your ideal weight and to prevent common health issues. It is important to know that The Diet Solution Program is the result of Isabel’s 15 years of research and hard work. Like many people, she was overweight and had tried many different diet plans but they did not give her desired results in the long term. It was only when she used the principles in The Diet Solution Program that she managed to maintain her ideal weight and be healthy at the same time.

OK, now let me zoom to the chapter teaching you the 3 steps to weight loss (Page 14). It is basically to determine your metabolism type, to create a meal plan suitable for you, and to choose the correct foods. How to go about doing these 3 steps are discussed in detail in the rest of the chapters in the book. Let me now give you a preview of the first step on how to determine your metabolism type (Chapter 3). It tells you what the various metabolism types are and describes it so that you would be able to identify which one matches you most. In addition, for each type, it tells you what is needed and what must be done

Next, I would like to give you a sneak peak at Daily Meal Planning (Page 26), the second step to weight loss. Over here, it teaches you 4 steps to create your personal meal plan. There is an Allowable Servings Guide (Page 68) included that shows you the various servings required for different meals. There are also Food Choices charts (Page 69 – 73) for each metabolism type. With these information, you would be able to create a meal plan suited for your body easily. If you still have no idea how to create a meal plan, sample meal plan for each metabolism type (Page 29 – 31) are provided so that you can just follow it to get started.

The Diet Solution Program still has lots of useful information including facts about foods we normally consume and some misconceptions we might have regarding some healthy foods. However, I would leave you to explore those sections on your own.

Another thing to note is that a Journal is also included. You should use it to record your daily meal plan and indicating the time, food you ate, and how you feel immediately and 2 hours after. You can also use it to record your daily exercise information. With the journal, you would then be able to track your progress.
